Wint Fenderson
Wint is a new member to Team Polk and M&G Mortgage Company. He is a loan officer for M&G Mortgage and helps Re/Max as a Transaction Coordinator. Besides Team Polk, Wint has been in home security sales for the past 15 years.
He lived in West Hartford and then moved to Newington. Wint graduated from Newington High School. While in high school he began karate training under the direct supervision of Grand Master Greg Silva. He became Mr. Silva's first instructor at the Farmington Karate Studio at age 15. He went on to receive a first degree in black belt and become a manager of Mr. Silva's first branch called East West Karate located in Newington. He is currently still a member of the Black Belt association.
After high school, Wint attended Manchester Community College and Central Connecticut State University
Wint also enjoyed singing where he joined a local band, wrote songs, recorded and was signed to an RCA affiliate record label at age 22. During this time Wint also toured extensively as an opening act for bands.
Wint and his wife Kathleen married in 1990 and later had a son named Brandon in 1997. They currently live in Andover CT and coach Brandon's baseball team in their hometown. Wint enjoys riding in his classic black mustang GT and motorcycle riding in warm weather. He has 2 dogs, a rabbit, and he is a Christian!
Wint looks forward to giving 110% of his efforts in attaining the proper mortgage for you. He plans to give the same effort that he has given throughout his life in all his successful endeavors.
