Mollie entered the real estate profession in 2001. She attended Hartford Community College and Morse Business College receiving her degree in Paralegal studies in 1995. Prior to entering real estate, Mollie worked for several law firms throughout the Hartford/New Haven areas as a paralegal and subsequently worked in Human Resources and Office Management for a major insurance company and environmental engineering firm.
Mollie is co-founder of the Cherish Our Children Angel Statute Committee, a non-profit organization based in CT representing families who have lost children. She along with several other families, commissioned and donated an Angel statue located at the entrance of West Hill Cemetery, to the Town of Newington and formed a park-like area on the land which was donated by the Town of Newington. She is also involved in the annual "Cherish Our Children" walk and memorial services. Mollie is also an advocate to families who have lost children.
Mollie is also a member of Connecticut Families for Effective Autism Treatment (CT FEAT).
Mollie is also co-owner of Guardian Home Inspections, LLC which she operates with her husband.
Mollie and her husband Ralph reside in Newington and care for their two grandchildren.
