"Sunday Volleyball Qualifiers"
Congratluations to all of you for your teamwork and dedication to the team this past Sunday. All your hard work is paying off. Keep up the good work.
A few notes as we begin another season:
Practices will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 at King Philip Middle School
You must attend the State Qualifier
(Divisioning Tournamantto) be held Sunday October 24th. at 8:a.m. sharp at the New Haven Athletic Center.
State Games will take place on November 20 and November 21 at 8:00 a.m. same place as the Qualifier.
Athletes must pay $20 registration fee by October 7th or we cannot register you to play with our team.
Jeans are not allowed on the court. Pease were black shorts or black athletic pants. Team shirts will be provided. No jewlery or hats of any kind on the court.
Everyone is responsible for their own rides to and from the events.
All rides must must be at the event no later than 1:p.m. on the pickup day.
IMPORTANT DATES:
10/24.......Qualifiers: New Haven Athletic Center 8:00 a.m. Sharp.
11/20 & 11/21 State Games: New Haven Atnletic Center 8:00 a.m. Sharp.
11/30.......Pizza Party and Awards party will be heled at the West Hartford Community Center in room 211 2nd. floor from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. $4.00 per person.

10/5 - 7 - 12 - 14 - 19 - 21 - 26
11/2 - 4 - 9 - 11 - 16 - 18 last practice
From Rte. 15 South: Take Exit 60. Take right onto Dixwell Avenue. Continue on Dixwell until the 2nd Dunkin Donuts on your right. At the light at St. Ann's Church, turn right onto Arch St. Take a left onto Bowen St (no street sign). After the baseball field on your right, make a right onto Munson St. and make your first right into the main parking lot.

**Please note A brief coaches meeting will immediately follow the opening ceremonies. Please meet for this on court 1 in the Athletic Center.
***AWARDS***........."End of State Games"
Awards will be given out beginning at 12:30 at the far end of the Athletic Center. We will begin with divisions 2, 3, & 4, which will have their games completed at that time, followed by division 1 and finish with division 5 when its games are completed. Please make sure you have your team at the awards stage at least 10 minutes prior to your awards time so that you will be ready when your team is called. Please pick up your people by 1:00.
